Job description
Green Bay Packaging seeks a Senior Structural Designer to lead the design and development of corrugated packaging, folding cartons, and paperboard solutions. In this role, you will translate customer requirements into manufacturable, cost-effective, and sustainable structural designs using CAD tools and industry standards. You will create and test prototypes, optimize material usage, and collaborate closely with sales, production, and quality teams to ensure performance and printability. The role mentors junior designers, supports continuous improvement, and helps drive innovation aligned with our safety, sustainability, and customer-service culture.
