Ideal candidates have a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial project design, proficiency in CAD software like AutoCad and Revit, as well as strong communication skills. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $160,000 with comprehensive benefits and a discretionary bonus.
