A global engineering and manufacturing firm is seeking a Structural Department Manager in St. Louis, MO. This role requires 12+ years of structural design experience in the food, beverage, and industrial sectors along with a proven ability to lead teams and drive client relationships. The successful candidate will act as Structural Engineer of Record, mentor junior engineers, and foster professional growth within the team. A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and a PE license are required for this position.
