Job description
Sierra Space in Colorado is seeking a Sr Subcontracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of high-risk, high-value subcontracts from solicitation through close-out. You will develop and implement subcontract management policies, lead negotiations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR, and strong strategic thinking.
