Job description
Sierra Space is hiring a Sr Subcontracts Manager in Centennial/Louisville, CO. You will manage the lifecycle of subcontracts from solicitation through close-out, developing agreements and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and other regulations.
You will lead complex negotiations, drive supplier relationships, and advise leadership on subcontracting strategy and risk management. The role requires deep knowledge of contractual frameworks, financial analysis, market trends, and global sourcing.
