Job description
Just Energy seeks a Senior Customer Operations Analyst for GoodBundle Operations to act as the operational bridge, owning monitoring, fraud, refunds, renewals, and reporting. This role partners with multiple internal teams and external partners to scale the subscription product while maintaining SLAs.
