Job description
Leidos is seeking a Lead Substation Structural Engineer to lead design reviews of steel, concrete, foundations, and related substation components. The role focuses on seismic design under industry codes with site visits and client coordination.
The candidate will mentor junior staff, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance. Remote work with CA residency is preferred.
