Job description
Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is hiring a Senior Software Engineer specialized in SuccessFactors to research, configure, test, and manage software solutions that meet business needs. You will design, deploy, and support modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation using an Agile approach.
You will drive configuration guidelines, resolve incidents, and coordinate with stakeholders across HR and IT to continuously improve the system and user experience.
