Senior Sunflower Business Analyst
CGI is looking for a talented, driven business analyst with strong problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment, to support a successful delivery to our client. As a member of a Sunflower team, you'll contribute to the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment. This position is located in our Lebanon, VA or Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Lead requirements gathering sessions. Identify, confirm, and review configurations required to meet customer requirements. Document and review designs to meet customer requirements. Create and execute Manual Test Cases for Functional testing including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data. Maintain quality testing standards and procedures. Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member. Lead meetings with client stakeholders. Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions and execute resolution steps to address client issues. Mentor and support other Business Analysts.
Minimum of 4 + years of enterprise asset management systems Proven ability to track, and fully document changes to business requirements (both functional and system). Proven ability to clearly communicate requirements to other development team members. Strong understanding of the full SDLC lifecycle. Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate between business and technical concepts). Problem solving and/or analytical thinking. Possess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable. Understanding of ELM, Jira or Azure Boards ticket management system. Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Excel, Project and Access DB.
