Per diem is available for eligible traveling employees.Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00ABOUT THE JOBThe Tepa Companies are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for the rehabilitation of wastewater infrastructure in Yellowstone National Park.The Senior Superintendent will serve as the primary onsite construction leader, overseeing field personnel, subcontractors, construction sequencing, and site logistics to achieve project safety, quality, and schedule objectives. This position requires demonstrated experience leading complex wastewater treatment plant construction.Job Functions:Conducts regular pre-construction/safety meetings with project staffAssists with development project submittals such as site plans, Accident Prevention Plan, and Quality Control PlanWorks with project staff to setup the project site with necessary offices, fencing, and other siteworkWorks with Project Manager to build project schedule and updates throughout projectTrack production with subcontractors and self-perform staff & enforce recovery when project schedule is not metMeets with Project Manager to discuss project budget and makes suggestions for meeting budget goalsAssists with estimating, finding, and soliciting subcontractors, quantity takeoffs when neededPerforms constructability reviews on drawings and specificationsManages tasks according to the Three-Phase USACE Quality Control PlanManages tasks according to the Accident Prevention PlanConducts daily inspections of jobsite and equipmentPrepares 4-Week Look Ahead schedule on a weekly basis in ProcoreConducts weekly subcontractor coordination meetingsSchedules and coordinate with Quality Control Manager of all inspections and testingMaintains all required documentation and correspondence between client/main office/subcontractorMaintains all daily/weekly logs and inspection sheets to ProcoreSchedules and coordinates punch list workCoordinates the timely completion of as-builtsCloses all site files, notes, and documentationInitiates and coordinates demobilization of equipment and personnelWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma10+ years of relevant construction experiencePrevious experience acting as the primary superintendent for projects valued at $20M–$50M+Previous experience on federal construction projects (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, VA, NPS, or other federal agencies)Demonstrated experience supervising substantial rehabilitation or ground-up construction of wastewater treatment plantsDemonstrated experience overseeing wastewater collection system rehabilitation and underground utility constructionProficiency with Procore and Microsoft OfficeCompleted OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health and/or EM-385 training within the last 5 yearsAttendance at a professionally accredited QC management course (e.g. conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facility Engineering Command, including a current certification within the last five years).Current First aid/CPR certificationAbility to pass a drug screen and back ground check in compliance with federal regulationEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
