Implementing the LEAN execution model and supporting organizational transition in which all employees are problem solvers.Having a continuous improvement mindset with a heavy focus on safety, productivity, and employee relations.Engaging your team to align to the strategic plan.Available to respond to operational issues seven days/week, twenty-four hours/day.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Associate's Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environmentFive (5) years of manufacturing operations experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionExperience in manufacturing facilities/operations, project management success demonstrated through teamworkBlack Belt or Lean CertificationSkills include leadership, understanding and driving culture change and impact on resultsDemonstrated track record of delivering resultsStrong interpersonal skillsWork Location: Valley-NETravel: May include up to 10% Domestic TravelRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
