Job description
Shield AI is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to optimize harness assemblies and electronic components for aerospace applications. You will lead supplier onboarding for new designs, drive PPAP/RCCA driven quality improvements, and partner with engineering and contract manufacturers to ensure reliable production and scalable supply chains.
