Job description
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to assess supplier quality and ensure products meet manufacturing specifications and legal standards. This role supports the Large Power Systems Division and partners with suppliers to drive performance improvements.
You will conduct supplier quality control audits, generate reports on defect rates, guide vendors to reduce faults, and help implement process controls and quality assurance plans. Occasional travel up to 30% is required.
