Job description
Castelion is accelerating the development of mission-critical vehicle and missile hardware. The Senior Supplier Development & Quality Engineer will own supplier development and supplier quality, collaborating with design, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing to transform designs into capable, scalable production processes.
This hands-on role involves visiting supplier sites, reviewing data, driving root-cause analysis, and delivering quality improvements while maintaining schedule and readiness
