Job description
Draper in Cambridge, MA, seeks a System Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer (PMTS) to lead system integration and test activities from concept to certification. You will develop test procedures, perform V&V, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure testable, reliable systems.
The role requires 7–10 years in Systems Engineering or related areas, a bachelor’s degree in engineering/physics, and a preference for EE/HWIL/avionics/test skills. Base salary is $95k–$245k with no guaranteed bonuses.
