Job description
RTX is seeking a Principal System Safety Engineer in Aurora, CO to lead MIL-STD-882E safety programs, manage safety tasks across the program lifecycle, and mentor junior engineers. The role interfaces with government customers, program leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety compliance and risk mitigation.
You will perform safety analyses, manage safety budgets, and guide safety decisions during design, testing, and production, while advancing the organization’s safety culture
