Job description
Moog Space and Defense Group is seeking a Systems Business Segment Director in the Propulsion Systems Business Unit. This senior leader will set the strategic direction for the Systems segment, drive sales growth, and own P&L and KPI accountability.
The role involves budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and cross-functional leadership across Moog. The candidate will lead multi-program execution, manage customer relationships, and influence decisions with diplomacy and negotiation.
