Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in systems development, with a strong emphasis on ETL/ELT processes.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing ML/AI models and other data-driven solutions.
Familiarity with integrated business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, WFM, and others.
Technical Proficiencies:
Mastery in languages like Python, R, or Julia.
Familiarity with C++, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby is beneficial.
Experience with big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent.
Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience using version control and DevOps tools like Git, Github, Jira, or similar.
Soft Skills:
Demonstrated ability to innovate and think outside the box.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

Research and Innovation:
Drive innovation by researching new methodologies and technologies to enhance our system's capabilities and performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge solutions into our existing systems.
Technical Systems Development:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT processes, ensuring efficient and accurate data integration.
Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of integrated business systems such as ERP, CRM, WFM, HRIS, and others.
Data Science & AI/ML Modeling:
Harness the power of data, designing and implementing machine learning and AI models that address complex business challenges.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure models align with business objectives and drive desired outcomes.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the robustness and accuracy of systems and models.
Lead initiatives to continuously refine and improve our technical processes and solutions.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
Share insights and findings from research initiatives with the broader team, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
