Job description
Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join the SETC, focusing on the Effectors team. You will design, develop, and partner with multi-disciplinary groups to ensure robust systems for warfighters, guiding SE across the life cycle.
You will mentor SMEs, lead trade studies, support verification and integration, and drive requirements discipline in a fast-paced defense program environment. This role is onsite at our Tucson facility.
