Job description
RTX’s Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Center seeks a Principal Systems Engineer to drive fast-paced, complex radar programs, including AN/TPY-2, EWR, and OTHR. You will lead system design, integration, and verification across multiple IPTs, ensuring rigorous V&V and lifecycle support.
The role offers hands-on leadership, collaboration across disciplines, and opportunities for career growth in a defense-focused setting in MA or AL, with travel and relocation support as applicable.
