Avathon is seeking a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and commercial GTM roles from our Pleasanton, CA office. You will own university recruitment programs and partner with global teams to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
The role requires 6+ years in high-growth tech recruiting, strong sourcing, and experience with Greenhouse ATS, structured interviewing, and stakeholder management.
