Austin Transportation and Public Works (ATPW) seeks a Senior Human Resources Advisor focused on Talent Acquisition. You will partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, guide recruitment, and drive HR programs to attract top talent.
You will manage complex HR issues, provide manager training, analyze HR data, and ensure policy compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years HR experience are required.
