Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Sleepy Hollow, NY is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to drive strategies and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
You will partner with Global Development teams including Clinical Sciences, Medical Directors, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Operations to lead full-cycle recruitment and secure top talent. The role requires 10+ years in recruiting, in-house pharma/biotech experience, and MD recruitment is preferred.
