Job description
Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for the Power Division. You will partner with business leaders to attract experienced professionals across energy, power, construction, and A/E/C industries, owning searches from intake to offer.
You will build talent pipelines, advise on market compensation, coach managers on interviewing, and drive offers to close top talent in a fast-paced environment.
