Job description
Levelpath is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead in the United States to own full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market roles and beyond. You will partner with executives to shape role definitions, build proactive sourcing, and design fair interview loops that identify top talent.
You will guide candidate experience end-to-end, maintain the recruiting tool stack, and use data to forecast hiring plans while mentoring coordinators and contributing to employer branding.
