Job description
Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional for a hybrid role in Costa Mesa, CA. This 6‑month contract may extend to 18 months and could convert to full‑time based on performance and business need.
You’ll lead full‑cycle recruiting, partnering with Production leaders to define needs and improve recruiting processes. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, driving interview to offer conversions, and building talent maps to inform engagement strategies
