Job description
Connexity, Inc. in Santa Monica is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. hiring. You will partner with leadership to design strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a timely, high-quality candidate experience.
You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers while maintaining data accuracy in Workable ATS and contributing to employer branding. This is a hybrid role with two in-office days per week.
