Loop AI in New York is seeking a driven recruiter to build leadership teams across Sales, GTM, Strategy & Operations, Product and Marketing. You will partner with the C-suite and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and execute searches with discipline.
You will map talent, develop proactive sourcing workflows, and use AI and automation to accelerate candidate discovery. You’ll manage large candidate pipelines and drive high-quality hires end-to-end.
