CIC Construction Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and hard-to-fill roles across our industrial construction projects. You will partner with hiring managers to shape requirements, refine sourcing, and guide selection decisions while driving candidate engagement and compliance.
You will analyze recruiting metrics, stay current on employment laws, and represent the company at career events.
