Suffolk is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruitment across our Mission Critical business. You will partner with hiring managers to define role scope, assess candidates, and drive offers and onboarding with strategic rigor and market insight.
This role requires coordinating multiple searches in a fast-paced environment, building proactive talent pipelines, and advising leadership on recruiting trends.
