In-N-Out Burger is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Irvine, CA to manage a diverse portfolio of roles from entry-to-senior level. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and elevate the candidate experience in a full-time, in-office role.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will source passive candidates, lead intake meetings, and build strong pipelines. Comprehensive benefits and a base salary range are provided.
