Job description
SBM is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our on-site team in Sacramento or St. Louis.
You will partner with senior leaders to build recruiting strategies for corporate and operations roles, manage pipelines, and coach managers on interview practices. In this role, you will source actively and passively, advertise roles across multiple channels, and collaborate with leadership to meet hiring needs.
