Avathon is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting for technical and commercial teams, partnering with US leadership and our India recruitment team.
You will balance full-lifecycle recruiting with process execution, sourcing across AI/ML, Data Science, Software Eng, and GTM roles, while delivering market intelligence and process guidance to leadership.
