Job description
Allegiant is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II in Las Vegas to actively review resumes, interview candidates, assess fit, present offers, and maintain candidate workflow in the ATS. You will source for professional talent using proactive recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers across the organization.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in professional recruiting, strong communication, and high attention to detail. Travel up to 30% may be required.
