Job description
Eaton’s Global Talent and Learning Organization is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This role can be based in Beachwood, OH, Raleigh, NC, Moon Township, PA or remote from a home office, supporting recruitment across North America.
You will develop strategies, understand business needs, and guide on OFCCP policies while collaborating with hiring managers to overcome roadblocks and attract top talent.
