Job description

DSV in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Senior Team Lead, Talent Acquisition to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and executive roles across business units. You will develop sourcing strategies, partner with business leaders, and mentor the TA team to deliver efficient, compliant hiring outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with strong analytics, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills. Travel up to 30% may be required.
