Job description
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role that blends direct sourcing with strategic recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, lead industry events, analyze data, and build strong pipelines for Global Sales, Marketing, and Life Cycle Services roles.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
