Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager II to lead large deployment projects and partner with customers on security and performance strategies.
You will be the focal point for vendor issues and provide guidance to maximize outcomes while collaborating with Support and Engineering to resolve issues. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in technical customer-facing roles, experience with Zero Trust, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
