How’s life in your large, regional firm?

No doubt you’re enjoying the complex client base that you provide Tax compliance and advisory services to. The infrastructure, systems and processes are pretty good too, I bet.

What about the future, though?

There’s a good few of your friends and peers alongside you at the Senior level.

How likely is it you’re going to get that promotion you’ve been holding out for?

You’ve considered a shift to a smaller firm. You know you’ll have a clearer Partner track, but you’re that you’ll just be stuck doing bog standard 1040’s and small business returns.
