Are you a Senior Tax Associate who enjoys public accounting but wants a clearer picture of where your career is actually going? I’m partnering with a well-established Regional CPA Firm looking to add a talented Senior Tax Associate to its Private Client Services team at its Lincolnshire headquarters.

Benefits:
Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000
Career growth toward upper management
Hybrid schedule
Open PTO: 3–5 weeks is typical, with 4 weeks encouraged

Qualifications:
3+ years of public accounting tax experience
At least 1 year at the Senior Associate level
CPA, CPA eligible, or actively pursuing
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant discipline
