Job description
City of Phoenix seeks a Senior Tax Auditor to examine highly complex accounting records to determine privilege tax liability. May lead audits and guide other auditors. Travel within the city and to nearby cities/states for audits. Strong communication and GAAP/GAAS knowledge are essential.
Ideal candidates have Arizona tax code familiarity, Excel proficiency, and experience educating taxpayers. Position under Tax Administration Manager with growth opportunities.
