Job description
MSD, based in Rockville, MD, seeks an experienced In-House Tax Counsel to lead planning and implementation of the company's tax structure and strategy, including entity structuring, cross-border planning, and IP tax considerations for U.S. and international operations.
Reporting to the General Counsel, this role serves as MSD’s primary tax lawyer on structuring matters and partners with Finance and business leadership to shape tax strategy.
