EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Director for the Employee Benefits Group in Boston to lead technical strategy, client advisory, and compliance for complex benefit plans. You will guide executive compensation, 409A/83(b)/457 work, and EB tax policy while mentoring staff and developing business opportunities.
The role requires a CPA or JD/LL.M. in Taxation with 10+ years of EB tax experience and strong communication skills in a public accounting setting.
