Job description
EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, seeks a senior federal income tax consultant to join our Tax Group in New York. You will work on accounting methods, LLC/partnership issues, and M&A tax structuring while drafting memos and firm-wide alerts.
The ideal candidate has 20+ years of federal tax consulting experience, a JD or LL.M (Tax), strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Bloomberg BNA or RIA Checkpoint.
