RXR, headquartered in New York, seeks a Tax Director to lead RXR's internal tax function within a heavily outsourced model. You will oversee compliance, advise on acquisitions and financings, and partner with Investments, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership to align tax with business strategy.
This senior role requires 15+ years in real estate tax, a CPA, and proven ability to manage external advisors, drive forecasting, and shape tax planning for RXR and its owners.
