Senior Tax Manager | Coral Gables, FL | $165k - $185k

6 months ago, I helped a Tax Director join this firm. They'd come from a similarly sized practice where the culture was poor and long hours had become the norm, not just during busy season, but throughout the entire year.

And that's exactly why I'm excited to be helping them find their next Senior Tax Manager.
This is a privately owned, 90 person Miami CPA firm where the Partners have built a business around their people. There's no Private Equity involvement, and there never will be.
School drop offs, family commitments, appointments... life happens. As long as you're doing your job well, nobody's watching the clock.
Here's what you can look forward to:
Busy season hours of 45 to 55 per week, with 55 being the maximum rather than the expectation.

The opportunity
As Senior Tax Manager, you'll oversee a varied portfolio of clients, review complex returns, build client relationships and mentor the team. You'll work closely with the Partners and have the freedom to take ownership of your work without being micromanaged.
They're looking for someone with strong Public Accounting experience who enjoys generalist tax work and wants to continue progressing.
