You will oversee a team of 5–10 CPA and support staff, recruit, mentor, and ensure deadlines are met while delivering high-quality tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, CPA or EA credentials, and proven client-facing leadership.
