An established public accounting firm in the Sioux Falls area is looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager who wants to become a key part of the firm's future.
This isn't a role where you'll disappear into a large team. You'll work directly with ownership, have a voice in the firm, develop meaningful client relationships, and help mentor the people coming up behind you.

What You'll Be Doing
Review complex individual and business tax returns
Lead tax planning and advisory conversations
Manage and strengthen key client relationships
Oversee engagements and help keep projects moving
Mentor and develop staff
Work directly with ownership on client and firm needs
Identify opportunities to improve service and grow relationships
Become a trusted resource for both clients and the team
What We're Looking For
Strong public accounting tax background
Tax review experience
Experience managing client relationships
Leadership and mentoring ability
CPA strongly preferred
Someone who sees the bigger picture beyond preparing and reviewing returns
