EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced tax professional to join its Tax group in New York. The role focuses on research and analysis of federal income tax issues for partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations, with involvement in M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
The ideal candidate has a JD with a Tax LL.M. and extensive experience in large professional services firms. A hybrid work model and competitive salary are offered.
