Job description
Deerpath Capital in Chicago is seeking an experienced tax professional to lead the annual tax compliance for the funds, GP and management company, and to develop strategies to minimize federal, state and international tax liabilities.
You will coordinate with outside tax firms, monitor FATCA/ CRS requirements, review returns and K‑1s, and work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate quarterly and annual reporting. CPA/MST/CMI preferred.
